The Hawks shipped back up netminder Michael Leighton to Buffalo for prospect Milan Bartovic today, giving the back up job to Craig Anderson (11-8-1 at Norfolk, though 9-4-1 before a hip injury). He is 6-17-2 with the parent club, with the 6-14-0 record in 2003-04 when splitting time with Leighton filling in for TBo.

Bartovic is a left winger with 26 games in the pros (2-8-10, 18 pim)

Thoughts? I preferred Leighton, personally, over Anderson, but... six of one, I guess.
