Default Bergeron & Boyes

When are they going to sign them??? One other thing, did Savard sign for 5y/20mil or 4y/20mil, because in the paper it says 4y/20mil and on other sites it says 5y/20mil, which one?

Default Bruins want Bergeron, Boyes signed

http://www.thefourthperiod.com/news/bos060716.html

TheFourthPeriod.com

The Bruins are focusing on re-signing restricted free agents Patrice Bergeron and Brad Boyes, reports the Boston Globe.
Boyes elected not to file for salary arbitration, while Bergeron did not have that option.

As of 5 pm ET yesterday, all qualifying offers expired, which allowed teams to preserved their rights to players, but does not deem them unrestricted.

"We can continue to talk with them, which we'll certainly do," B's GM Peter Chiarelli told the Globe.

I wish Bergeron and Boyes would hurry up and get signed, the B's have been to quite lately. I hates when this sorta thing happens.....Something big soon needs to happen.

This is the only thing i hate about RFA's....it takes so long to sign them.

I think after so many days or weeks they 2 sides should be forced to go to an arbitrator and have a 3rd party help them come to an agreement, but in that case bergeron could be making close to 5 mil :haha:
