We can only hope. The biggest problem facing this team right now are owners who don't have a clue. Don Waddell would have been long gone in any other market.

I was in Atlanta when the Flames left and it would be a shame to see it happen again because of lame management.

You can bench or trade a bad player. You can fire a bad coach or GM. But what can you do with bad owners?

I havent heard or seen anything about this before? I dont think they will be leaving anytime SOON. Keyword soon. With a player like Kovalchuk and up-and-coming players like Bryan Little and Colby Armstrong tickets should sell. It just depends on the way that the team goes. If they keep the players they have now they will prob. stay but if they trade any good talent the have for prospects they should just pack up and go.

Hockey is the only major sport that lives or dies by the gate. If you don't win in Atlanta, you don't draw fans, unless you're the NFL team. So if these guys don't start putting streaks together that start with a W, nobody will be there in March. Even the idiots that own this team, aren't going to be dumb enough to lose millions every season for very long.
