Canada is not a pushover. People around the world respect and love Canada and Canadians. To treat the host country like this is terrible! Oh Canada, welcome to the club!!!

I am from the US and the Olympics have screwed my country repeatedly going back to 1912 and Jim Thorpe losing his track medals for being paid $5 for playing a baseball game. There was the 1972 mens basketball final where the officials repeatedly reset the clock until the USSR scored a basket to win 50-49. Rick DeMont lost his swimming gold medal because of an ingredient in his athsma medication the same year that East German women swimmers were picking up auomobiles due to their massive steroid use. Now the Olympics have dropped baseball and softball because the US won too often, even though Japan won the last softball gold medal.
