You most likely need a tapered blade. They're smaller than a regular Bauer shaft blade.
I had a Vapor XXX break on me & I got an Easton Synergy II blade to fit in there.
It has to be a tapered blade.
Also, some sticks are more tapered or thicker at the kick zone & you'll have to cut it further up, where it's not as thick. Hopefully, that's not the case & I don't think it is with the Vapor XX...
I work in a pro-shop & deal with a lot of broken blades.
