Is there any reason that Brad Boyes isn't in the All-Star game?

I know he's a bit under the radar in comparison with the other candidates but he's having a phenomenal year. With 27 goals on the year so far, he's got more goals than every player in the Western Conference line up (with the exceptions of Ignila and Zetterberg).

I know the other players receive more press coverage and credit for their work but Brad deserves to be in that lineup. He's scoring even when the rest of the offense is in sleep mode. He's quite often carrying the offense or starting the offense. He definitely is much more of an All-Star than some of the players on the list.

Hopefully the Blues and he can agree to a lengthy contract.
